Minimum sample weight is 25 grams; however the sample should be representative of the batch. Samples must be chilled but not in direct contact with ice. |
| Testing Schedule |
Normally carried out on Tuesday and/or Wednesday. Samples should arrive by 2pm on Tuesday. Not more than 48 hours must elapse between sampling and arrival at the laboratory. |
