| Sample requirements |
Minimum sample weight is 25 grams; however the sample should be representative of the batch. Samples must be chilled but not in direct contact with ice. |
| Testing Schedule |
Analysis carried out on Mondays and/or Tuesdays. Samples must be at the lab by 3pm on Tuesday at the latest. Not more than 48 hours must elapse between sampling and arrival at the laboratory. |
