| Sample requirements |
For food products the minimum sample weight is 25g. Samples must be chilled during transport but not in direct contact with ice. For swabs, please enquire for more details. |
| Testing Schedule |
Analysis carried out on Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays. Samples must be at the lab by 3pm ona Wednesday at the latest. Not more than 48 hours must elapse between sampling and arrival at the laboratory. |
